Julie is a certified Myers Briggs (MBTI®) facilitator and researcher who has worked in the nonprofit communications field for over 15 years. Most recently, she led the marketing team at National Geographic Society, where she oversaw audience strategy. She holds a Masters in Strategic Communication from American University and her award-winning thesis studied how temperament impacts the efficacy of philanthropic messaging. Julie is the founder of Little Rouge Hen LLC, where she leverages her lifelong passion for communication and personality theory to help individuals and organizations set and reach their goals.
